During the Entitlements and Preconstruction Phase of a project, Pacific Consultants Group works with the local building department, matches your project to the best-suited design and engineering teams, helps create a responsive design program, builds a conceptual estimate, monitors the construction document progress, manage bidding and provide a detailed bid analysis, work with client attorneys to create AIA format agreements, and even assist with permitting.

Once the Construction Phase begins, we provide comprehensive Construction Management services such as quality and schedule control, reviewing invoices and change orders, collecting and verifying lien releases, working with lenders to certify progress payment draws, conducting regular project meetings, budget management, punch-list at the end of a project and collect all close out records and documents.
